Celebrating the life of
John James King
We would like to let all our friends know that the legendary John King passed away on Friday, 10 January 2025, aged 83. He was in the care of the Canberra Hospital and passed away peacefully and with dignity, surrounded by family.
We warmly invite you to join us for a celebration of his life:
Venue: Tender Funerals Canberra, 11 Glenbrook Lane, Fairbairn ACT
Date and Time: Friday 17 January 2025 at 1pm
For those unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be live-streamed online by visiting the ‘Funeral for John James King vimeo link‘.In lieu of flowers, we request donations to the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
After the ceremony, a gathering will be held at the venue with nibbles and tea/coffee. We would love for you to join us.
John, dearly beloved husband to Sallyann, the best dad ever to Ann, Jason, and Sara, and a wonderful and loving Grandad to Jewel and Charlotte, will be forever cherished in our hearts.
