Passed away peacefully at Clare Holland House after a long illness.
Loving husband of Lien. Beloved father of Tram, Duy and Alice. Beloved grandfather of Aria, Hunter, Archie and Evie.
A private family service will be held to celebrate and farewell Phuong.
