Charlotte Brown

Director / Site leader

Business strategist and marketing expert, Charlotte is driven with a passion for setting up and developing businesses and organisations in the South West of WA community.

French born, Charlotte started her Australian career as  development manager for MAPS Group, the leading company servicing government agencies throughout Victoria, ACT and New South Wales.

She then moved to the South West of WA to create several businesses in the tourism industry from resort, restaurant, adventure park, as well as mentoring businesses.

For the past 20 years, Charlotte is lecturing at SRTafe in the South West , focussing on  Business and Management programs.

Charlotte hold a Master in Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Business, a Bachelor (Hnrs) in Marketing and a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education.

Charlotte has actively participated on many NFP Boards in the Southwest over the past 20 years and had been a judge for organisations running Business Award’s over the past 10 years. She is a volunteer at the Busselton Hospicecare.

Michael Brown

Director

An accomplished entrepreneur, Michael has successfully established and operated several businesses in the Southwest together with his wife, including a luxury resort, restaurant, and a high rope adventure park.

Michael has been a dedicated lecturer at South Regional TAFE (SRTAFE) for the past 14 years, specialising in Leadership and Management, Small Business Management, and is set to soon deliver Project Management courses. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training, and an MBA. Additionally, Michael is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael is also a passionate community advocate. He has been involved with the Busselton Chamber of Commerce executive since 2010, serving as president for 7 years. He has also chaired the Busselton Sea Scouts for 5 years and currently serves on the boards of South West Counselling, Georgiana Molloy Anglican School, and Cape Naturaliste College.

John Williams

Director 

John is the principal lawyer of Williams Law Company.

He brings over 25 years of experience in legal practice in small, and large law firms from across Australia and Papua New Guinea. John was appointed by the Australian Attorney-General’s Department as an Adviser to the Office of the State Solicitor in Papua New Guinea where he worked on domestic and international commercial matters and developing the capabilities of that Office in the context of a capacity development program. John was responsible for large government procurements and projects including the Commonwealth government bank funding guarantee during the global financial crisis.

Pablo Sandor

Director

Pablo is the Business Manager at Georgiana Molloy Anglican School, a large co-educational school in the Busselton, WA.  With 23 years of experience in the non-for-profit educational sector, Pablo brings a vast knowledge of accounts preparation, budgeting, reporting, organisational, management and leadership skills together with governance knowledge as Secretary of the school Board.
