In collaboration with the Mid North Coast Legal Centre, Tender Funerals MNC presents a useful and practical information session for National Planning Ahead Week 2023. Topics covered will be:
* an introduction from the Mid North Coast Community Legal Centre – who they are and what they do
* information on planning ahead documents such as Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardian and Wills
* information about capacity, what that means from a legal perspective, and what happens if someone does not have capacity to complete planning ahead documents
Tender Funerals MNC will host a tour of our facility, share information about pre-planning funerals and answer any questions you have around funerals, to assist you and your family. Morning tea provided.
