As a registered charity with a not-for-profit business model, we are community owned. Volunteers are an essential and skilled part of our team here at Tender, helping us to provide personalised, meaningful and affordable funeral care to families in mid north coast communities. 

Volunteer roles are varied with a wide variety to suit your skillset and unique talents – everything from office work and property maintenance, to assisting in the mortuary, on our transfer team and enabling the delivery of our Tender Community Care After-care programs, sub-committees, special projects and more!

We hold regular Volunteer Foundation Information Sessions so you can learn more about us, have a look around our purpose-built facility and ask all your questions. If you’re intrigued to know more, click on the link below to register your interest.
