BECOME A FUNERAL DIRECTOR

We’re excited to introduce RiteSkill Education and Training, a new initiative by Tender Funerals Australia, currently in development as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Created with the vision of transforming funeral industry education, RiteSkill will offer holistic, accessible, and high-quality training programs designed to support people from all walks of life.

RiteSkill has been thoughtfully developed in response to the need for inclusive and practical training in the funeral sector. Whether you’re exploring a new career path or looking to deepen your existing skills, our training packages are designed with no prerequisite qualifications required—ensuring that entry into this important work is open and approachable for all.

RiteSkill is accessibility focused.

Not only who can enrol, but how people learn.

Our learning content has been designed to support a variety of learning styles, making it easier for people to engage with and absorb the material in a meaningful way. We are committed to creating an education experience that is flexible, supportive, and relevant to real-world funeral service practice.

As we move through the final stages of registration, we look forward to welcoming learners into a training environment built on the values of compassion, community, and care—the same values that guide all of Tender Funerals Australia’s work.
